Today she is a partner in her own Real Estate Company in Kempton Park.

Mostly apartment complexes, a few cluster complexes with 4 security housing estates and a world class mixed-use beachfront development currently underway.
West-Beach:
Mostly residential homes with AB income families with large disposable incomes and self actualizing outlooks on lifestyle choices.
Bloubergsands & Bloubergrise:
Slightly lower values than West Beach with pretty much the same residential profile. Slightly more sectional title complexes to be found in these suburbs with a slightly lower aspirational outlook as the one side of the suburb borders onto a main road. The public demand for these suburbs remains strong as it is perceived to be on the "right side of the West Coast road".
Bloubergrandt & Blouberg Strand Proper:
Dominated by sectional title complexes with panoramic views of the ocean, Robbin Island and Table Mountain this lively area is a haven for investor buyers and holiday makers alike. Definitely AAA income earners with large disposable incomes and self actualized thinking patterns. An international property buyers dream destination and exceptional growth rates are experienced along this relatively small suburb.
Waves Edge:
A relatively exclusive suburb of large family homes and close proximity to the beach and views. A few sectional title complexes exist in this small diamond of a suburb as there are only 3 entry points into the area with only 5 roads & 3 parks.

ABOUT BLAAUWBERG
Blouberg, a town on the West Coast of South Africa, only 18 km from the centre of Cape Town and the V & A Waterfront, is well known for its beautiful, natural white beaches and forever spectacular views of Table Mountain, the city of Cape Town at the foot of the mountain, the Waterfront and Robbin Island.
